General Terms of Service


Article 1. DefinitionsThis section remains unchanged as it meets compliance standards.

Article 2. Applicability of General Terms and ConditionsThese terms and conditions apply to all transactions, services, and interactions between E-com Knockout and its customers. Customers are required to accept these terms explicitly before concluding any agreement. Additional or different terms only apply if agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Article 3. Offers and QuotationsOffers and quotations from E-com Knockout are valid for a reasonable period specified in the offer. If no period is specified, offers remain valid for 14 days. Customers must accept offers explicitly within this timeframe; otherwise, the offer expires.

Article 4. Conclusion of AgreementAgreements are considered binding when:

  • A customer has explicitly accepted an offer or order confirmation.
  • A customer has completed and submitted a registration form on the website.
  • A customer has provided explicit consent via email or other digital forms.

Article 5. Cancellation of Services (by Customer)Customers have the right to cancel services in writing within 14 days of entering into the agreement without providing any reason. This cancellation must be confirmed by E-com Knockout to be effective.

Article 6. Cancellation of Services (by E-com Knockout)E-com Knockout reserves the right to cancel services for justified reasons.

Affected customers will be notified promptly and refunded any fees paid in advance for services not rendered.

Article 7. Prices and RefundsPrices are specified in advance and subject to change with proper notification to the customer.

7.1 Refunds within 14 Days Customers dissatisfied with their purchase can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, under the following conditions:a. Written requests must be submitted via ecomknockout.com/support.b. The coaching journey or course has not started. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.d. E-com Knockout reserves the right to refuse refunds if terms are violated or in cases of fraud.

Article 8. Consequences of Late Payment Customers failing to make payment within the agreed timeframe will incur statutory interest as per Dutch law. Collection costs will adhere to the Dutch standard calculation. E-com Knockout may suspend services until payment is received.

Article 9. Invoicing Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice. Non-compliance results in suspension of service until full payment.

Article 10. Intellectual Property Intellectual property rights are protected under Dutch and international law. Users must respect these rights and may not use content without permission.

Article 11. Liability E-com Knockout is liable only for direct damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for indirect damages, such as lost profits, is excluded to the extent permitted by Dutch law.

Article 12. Force Majeure Obligations are suspended during periods of force majeure. If such periods extend beyond 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without penalty.

Article 13. Applicable Law and Disputes These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, respecting consumer rights to use their local jurisdiction.

Article 14. Amendments to the General Terms and ConditionsAmendments will be communicated 30 days prior to taking effect. Customers have the right to terminate the agreement if they do not agree with the changes.
